This Coolship is a blend of spontaneously fermented beers brewed from 2021-24. We use a traditional turbid mash schedule followed by an extended boil and wild inoculation overnight in our coolship before transferring to barrels for a lengthy fermentation. Oaky, with a pleasing acidity, this beer is unique to our landscape / 6.5% / 750ml
