Payments

We do not record or store any payment information. Your payment information is handled securely using SSL protocol via the Stripe.

Out of Stock Items

If an item you have ordered is out of stock, we will contact you prior to shipping your order. A substitute product will be offered or a refund for the out of stock item. We will only ship your order once we have received confirmation of how you wish to proceed.

Refunds

Refunds for orders that have not been collected will be subject to a 10% restocking fee if we are notified that you wish to cancel the order more than 10 working days after order was placed.

Refunds for orders placed in error, including but not limited to those incorrectly placed for delivery, will be refunded less the payment provider fees incurred on the transaction by NORD Bottle Shop.

Age Restrictions

By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. Deliveries must be accepted by someone 18 or older. If our couriers are in any doubt of the age of the recipient of an order they will request photographic ID. We reserve the right to cancel any orders where the recipient cannot be proved to be at least 18 years old.
