Silkwood is a blend of mixed fermented beer aged in Medoc and Sangiovese barrels. This provides the perfect canvas for the tart, vibrant fruit profile of Silkwood Orchard's Morello cherries, grown in Kent. On the nose we get intense cherry and old oak, which comes through vibrantly with an upfront drying acidity leading to jammy cherry tart / 6% / 375ml
