Our house culture of Brettanomyces was aged for four months with a base beer of Golden Promise pale malt, wheat and locally grown oats. We refermented this base with 220g/l of Mirabelle plums. Referred to as the ‘queen of plums’ Mirabelle's are a golden variety renowned for their sweetness and complex layered flavours, notably honey, peach and apricot / 6.5% / 375ml
