This is one of six releases of barrel aged Imperial Stout. One brew, split into six different casks and left to develop and absorb the character and flavour embedded in the wood. This one has been resting in a 15 year Triple Sec Cask and has a profile of vibrant orange zest which compliments the chocolatey dark malts. This will develop over time but is excellent to drink right now / 11% / 750ml
