As a new addition to our low alcohol journey, we're proud to present a new collaborative low alcohol lager, Yop Rock. Brewed with our friends at Lallemand to showcase Lona Yeast and Evodia Bio Yops™. Lallemand Brewing are a global leader in yeast science and production, and EvodiaBio are an award-winning Danish bio-industrial start-up. They're proud to announce their strategic partnership in bringing Yops™ to the brewing industry - Yops™ is a groundbreaking, natural, yeast-derived aroma solution, designed to enhance the flavor profile of low- and no-alcohol beers (NABLABs). We're proud to be the first brewery in the UK to use this product, and the resulting beer is tasting clean, crisp and darn refreshing... perfect for boating on the beautiful Cornish coast, or wherever you might find yourself afloat this summer / 0.5% / 440ml
