Finally, we had to use UK Cascade and we worked with London’s finest at Five Points on this green-hop showcase, grown at Hukins Hops in Kent. In this cask and can special, we used a mixture of heritage grains Chevallier and Maris Otter, and the fresh hops were picked and added to our whirlpool within 3 hours. We’re getting notes of lychee, grapefruit and a resinous backbone / 4.5% / 440ml
