We love NZ hops at TF and this hazy pale ale is absolutely chock full of all the big names: Riwaka, Nelson Sauvin, Motueka and Rakau. The combination delivers an intensely tropical and complex flavour, with Riwaka leading the way showcasing its truly unique notes of passionfruit, grapefruit and a hint of bacon frazzles. A low mineral water profile and a high protein grist leaves it bright straw-blonde in colour and soft as a cloud / 5.4% / 440ml
