This West Coast Pale bridges the gap between new school and old school variations of the style. Maris Otter, Munich and a touch of Crystal malt provide a sweet, caramel and chewier base than what we normally go for. Mosaic and Waimea provide pine sap, grapefruit and orange zest all tied together with a firm but refreshing bitterness.
