Maris Otter, Munich and a touch of Crystal malt provide a sweet, caramel and chewier base than what we normally go for. Mosaic and Waimea provide pine sap, grapefruit and orange zest all tied together with a firm but refreshing bitterness / 5.6% / 440ml
