We kept the base recipe true to Steady Rolling Man. From mash in up to the end of fermentation. We then substituted the Steady dry hop charge for 100% Motueka Hops from Freestyle. Hopefully you can get some aspects of Steady peaking through. But the spotlight is on Motueka in all it's limey glory. Limes limes limes!
