Our AF lactic fermented sour beer, made with strawberry, cherry and limes. The cherry and lime base gives a strong and punchy backbone to the beer, and the strawberry provides a pleasing yoghurty overlay. The combination has worked wonderfully, giving a highly pleasing, lightly acidic AF sour beer / 0.5% / 440ml
