West Coast Pale with Citra & Mosaic. The little sibling of our favourite IPA, Cheeseburger Cavalry. Crushable & bitter with a round texture from a simple grist of Golden Promise & golden oats. Two-stage dry-hopping has focussed on the bright citrus & berry character of both hops / 5.5% / 440ml
