Aussie DDH Hazy Pale with Beedelup, Azure & Galaxy. A fruit salad pale that brings some of Australia's finest varieties into focus. An early addition of Prysma and a healthy dose of dry-hop T90 help express Galaxy's famously huge essential oil content & the bold fruit personality that comes with it. Beedelup is an exciting variety from Ryefield Hops in NSW, that we're among the first in the UK to brew with. It's high alpha acid, high oil content & boasts a huge aroma that, along with Azure, bursts with a dank, sweet, tropical character. Guava, Sticky Mango & White Peach / 5.5% / 440ml
