Puddle (Northern Monk Collab)

We were thrilled to have Brian from Northern Monk join us to brew a modern West Coast-style IPA. A lean malt bill of Pilsner, Golden Promise and a touch of Wheat provides a blank canvas for the hops to take centre stage. We pushed the boundaries with our biggest ever hot side hop addition and followed it up with a heavy dry hop at cast out. We’re tasting white wine, pithy orange, pine and juicy pineapple chunks / 6% / 440ml
