Showcasing a blend of German and American hops, we aimed to brew an easy-drinking beer that combines the classic German lager tradition with the hop-forward character of more modern US styles. We hopped with the German variety, Perle, which gives pleasant hints of grass, and combined with the American, Talus, for a well-balanced combination of citrus and floral flavours with pine and resinous notes / 5% / 330ml
