Our latest modern take on a west coast has a backbone of Mosaic with Columbus Cryo and Waimea in the mix. 100% lager malt leaves it super clean and lets the hops shine, we are getting citrus notes of fresh lemon and grapefruit, with a nice mild and pithy bitterness / 5% / 440ml
