Here’s something huge and decadent for your chops. A 10% Imperial Stout with chocolate and vanilla and hecking loads of beery body. I enjoyed making this stupid beer. A reiterated mash and an 8-hour boil made this a 14-hour brewday for only 400L of beer. Time well spent. It contains lactose and chocolate which are very evident. Cacao nibs used both post-boil and in the tank after fermentation. Vanilla pods also added post-fermentation. Sweet and sticky / 10% / 500ml
