NZ Hazy IPA with Nelson Sauvin, Motueka & Wakatu. A return journey to the unique terroir & dedicated growers of New Zealand; brewed in collaboration with Bold River Hops Okuora farms sit on the banks of the Hurunui River in a uniquely expressive pocket of North Canterbury; the deep fertile soils & mild coastal climate provide a perfect environment for pasture, hop garden & orchard alike. The hops come down from the bines at their peak & are dried within 24 hours, meaning they smell just as they did on the day of harvest when we open them in the brewery.
