Folk Table Beer

A delicate, drinkable and delicious table beer. A base of Extra Pale Maris Otter combined with wheat and oats provide a fulfilling but fairly crisp finish. Mosaic and Loral offer up beautiful aromas of salted lime, fleshy peach and subtle floral notes. Mosaic then leads the flavour with kiwi fruit, lemon zest and honeydew melon. The name takes inspiration from trips to Sweden, where a lower strength beer is a folköl, or ‘people’s beer’ / 3% / 440ml
