Hazy DIPA with Citra & Mosaic. The big sibling of our favourite IPA, Cheeseburger Cavalry. A blend of wheat & oats gives a full, creamy texture. Double-centrifuged for a clean interaction between hops & beer, at a total of 30g/L across whirlpool & dry-hop. Heavy additions of liquid mosaic highlight its sticky, stone-fruit character / 8.4% / 440ml
