DDH Mosaic / 6%

We’ve gone all out on one of our favourite hops here at Two Flints - Mosaic. We think there’s no better beer to showcase it than a modern West Coast IPA. Pilsner malt and a touch of Munich provide the platform for Mosaic to shine. We’ve specifically selected an early harvested Mosaic that provide tonnes of stone fruit with just a little trademark dankness. A dry finish with restrained but noticeable bitterness, this is a beer we can sink pint after pint of.
