Thick, pulpy, and pillowy to the max, Cabana Daydream utilises a huge amount of cold side Dolcita to impart a metric tonne of peach rings, caramelised pineapples, and sweet valencia oranges. We’re responsible enough to know that we can’t let a beer wander into cloyingly sweet territory here at Polly’s though, so we’ve accentuated this with a whisper of Talus to bring a balance of subtle pine resin and grapefruit to the party. A beer that was just made and custom built for summer time.
