HOW DO I EARN POINTS?
To get started simply create an account or login to your existing account. You can then earn points on every you purchase you make both online and in the shop. 1 point is earned for every £1 spent. Each time you spend, you will receive an email with your updated loyalty points balance.

Please note you must be logged in to your account to earn points each time you place an order.

HOW DO I REDEEM MY REWARDS?
Click on the NORD Rewards tab on the right hand side of the website and click on Rewards to view all of your reward options. When you have enough points to unlock a reward, you'll be able to redeem it for a unique reward coupon. You can use your reward coupon during checkout. You can also redeem rewards in the shop, just ask a member of staff.

If redeeming a free can reward, please add the can to your order and apply the discount code in the checkout.

HOW DO I CHECK MY BALANCE?
Login to your account and click on the NORD Rewards tab to see you current points balance. Each time you spend, you will also receive an email with your updated loyalty points balance.

WHAT IF I RETURN AN ITEM?
Points earned on a returned item will be removed from your account.

HOW LONG ARE MY POINTS VALID FOR?
Points are valid for 12 months.
