DDH IPA with Nelson Sauvin, Peacharine & Citra. One of three special treats, shared with friends old & new, for our 11th birthday. All three have been brewed using Best Ultra-Pale NP malt; a brand new product developed over the last year with our German maltster, BestMalz, that produces a rich texture that's creamy, fluffy & very very fancy. Here we've paired our hand-selected Citra with a classy combination of New Zealand varieties; the rich sweetness of Peacharine layers beautifully with the thiol-heavy complexity of Nelson Sauvin.
