Squeeze

For this experimental DIPA, we’re pushing things further. Alongside a huge primary dry hop of Citra, Nelson, and Strata, we’re unlocking extra flavour from second-use hops reclaimed from two of our big IPAs. Dry hopping never extracts everything the hops have to give - so we’re giving them another squeeze. This technique aims to unlock their full potential, squeezing out every last drop of hop character to amplify the juice and as well as being a more sustainable way to brew / 8% / 440ml
