You know we love a Black IPA! For Midnight, we drop the rye but add roasted wheat and crystal malts to add colour. It’s just dark enough to look black in your glass with light roasty notes. We flip the hops here, with Citra replacing the Chinook boil additions and Chinook replacing the Citra hop stand / 5.8% / 440ml
