Big Foam Grand Cru (Burning Sky Collab)

Our most ambitious beer ever, as a collaboration with Burning Sky, the base Big Foam recipe was blended with kegs of Saison Provision in the whirlpool for flavour and acidity, fermented long and cold with lager yeast, brettanomyces, and Nelson Sauvin hops. The aroma bursts with juicy tinned peaches, zippy lemon, fresh bread crust and the bitterness of an Italian amaro. A crazy, very special, lager beer / 6% / 440ml
