This is a 60 minute IPA which was continuously hopped during the course of a 60-minute boil with a barrage of Cascade and Columbus hops to provide a super hoppy Old School vibe flavour then Amarillo and Centenial to round off with a slight fruit hit and bitterness. Fresh pine and grassy tones on the nose with a silky backbone to carry the bitterness to the front stage / 6% / 440ml
