Mixed Fermentation

Saison de Maison is fermented in barrel with a mixed culture of saison yeast, brett and lactobacillus before being blended and dry hopped, for this first iteration, with British grown Goldings. It’s got funk, fruity brett character, hints of gingerbread and pear from the dry hop and a refined acidity / 6% / 750ml
